Yes — the application is completely free. Submitting an application does not guarantee an invitation to the event.
Every application is personally reviewed by our founder. We look for intentionality, self-awareness, and compatibility with the room being built. This is not an automated process — every response is read.

No. Submitting an application does not guarantee an invitation. The Vetting Room is a curated experience and not every application will result in an invitation. All decisions are made at the sole discretion of Finally Found Events LLC.
The Vetting Room is designed for intentional singles 35 and older. Age is verified at the door via government-issued ID. Misrepresentation of age will result in immediate removal without a refund.
Ticket pricing will be announced with each event. Your ticket includes a welcome drink. Food and additional beverages are available to order on your own tab throughout the evening.
The Vetting Room is a semi-private, curated experience. You can expect a group of 20 or more vetted attendees in your age range, on-site staff to greet you and assist throughout the evening, a welcome drink, a curated mixer, speed dating rounds, and open mingling time.
Business casual to cocktail attire. Come as your best self. The room was built with intention — we ask that your appearance reflects the same energy. 🔑
No. Entry is not permitted without an advance invitation and purchased ticket. ID is checked at the door to match your reservation. This is part of what makes The Vetting Room a safe and intentional space for all attendees.
The Vetting Room is designed to create a balanced, intentional experience for all attendees. To honor that commitment we maintain an equal ratio of male and female guests.
If a balanced ratio cannot be achieved 24 hours prior to the event, the event will be postponed and all attendees will be fully refunded. We believe your time is too valuable for anything less than the experience we promised.
Please note — while we balance tickets on the backend, we cannot guarantee an exact 50/50 ratio on the night of the event as no-shows are outside of our control.
If we do not have at least 20 people registered 24 hours prior to the start time, the event will be postponed and all attendees will be fully refunded.
Please note — no-shows can affect the size of an event even if tickets are above our minimum threshold on the backend.
Refunds are not typically offered and will be considered at the discretion of Finally Found Events LLC. To request a cancellation, please email thefinallyfoundco@gmail.com in line with the policy stated on your event page.
If a specific event has a different cancellation policy, it will be stated on the event page and supersedes this general policy.
Exceptions may be made in special circumstances at the sole discretion of Finally Found Events LLC.
If Finally Found Events LLC cancels or postpones an event for any reason, a full refund will be provided including any service fees paid. You will be notified via email as soon as possible.
Yes. Finally Found Events LLC reserves the right to update these policies at any time. If there are material changes to any policy, registered attendees will be notified via email.
